Process

How it works

Site & Brief

We visit the site before drawing anything. We study the light, the ground, the climate, and the existing structure. We listen to what you want and challenge what needs challenging. Planning pre-checks and material research begin here.

Spatial Concept

One clear spatial idea expressed as a section, a plan, and a physical model. Not a mood board, not a range of options. One direction, argued for honestly. We discuss it until it is right.

Technical Design

All drawings, specifications, structural calculations, and material specifications required to build. Documentation we would want to receive ourselves if we were constructing it.

Construction

We observe construction closely. We make decisions when the building requires them. The project is not finished at planning approval — it is finished when you move in and the space is exactly what was designed.
